I didn't even give you a plastic bag when I stayed in your hotel. I went to the hotel next door, and they immediately provided one for free. Is this attitude something that can be done in the service industry? I stayed in other hotels in Bali and Banyuwangi, and the service attitude was very good. It was this hotel that left me with a very bad impression. Finally, the infrastructure is also poor. For example, the hotel still uses old-fashioned wall-mounted air conditioners. The air-conditioning unit is placed on the balcony. There is only one glass door between the balcony and the bedroom. Unless you choose not to turn on the air conditioner at night, the air-conditioning unit will be very noisy.
